Our holiday apartment - what can you look forward to?Listenelement 1Spacious, light-flooded apartment on the top floor of our three-family house. Included: bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels, WiFi, two bicycles, basic coffee pods and various teas. Also included: all additional costs such as heating, water, electricity, garbage, final cleaning and 3.5% accommodation tax from the city of Trier. We strive to hand over our holiday apartment to you in top condition. If we have overlooked something, please contact us immediately. We will try to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. In 2023, the Booking.com Traveller Review Award also gave us 9.7 out of 10 possible points, thanks to very satisfied guests. 4-star classification by the German Tourism Association eV DTV ID: 272134

Terrace - Bicycles - LaundrySmall terrace (approx. 16 sqm) with access through our garage. Chairs, table, parasol and gas grill are available (the gas grill will be set up if required). Lockable garage for bicycles you bring with you. For the duration of your stay and excursions in the surrounding area, we are happy to provide you with our two well-maintained, private bicycles with derailleur gears (21 gears, no e-bikes) free of charge if required. Use is at your own risk. Washing machine and dryer as well as ironing board for shared use in the basement.
